If this is occurring try the following steps.
Step1: Make sure that you have not exceeded your
webmail quota of 50 MB's.

To check this log in to your webmail.

Once your 'Inbox' is displayed, look to the top at a series of text links
- Select 'Folders'
- Once the page has loaded scroll down the page (about half way) you'll see a bar displaying the current percentage of 'Inbox' used. If it is around 90% or more, you need to start deleting email. Be aware you cannot retrieve emails once deleted.
Step2: They may have mistyped your address.
Confirm that they are sending it to the correct address.
Step3: If still in doubt, get them to send the error-message, to a working Amnet
or a free web hosted email - then forward this on to 'Support@amnet.com.au'.
Be sure to describe the issue and one of our support staff shall investigate
the nature of the bounceback message for you.
