When is Amnet closing?

Amnet will close in 2021. We'll contact all our existing customers ahead of the closure date.

Why is Amnet being closed?

Vocus acquired Amnet as a part of the M2 and Vocus merger in 2015. Since then, we have been slowly transitioning customers to Vocus' in-market products and brands including Dodo and Commander. We are now commencing the progressive shutdown of Amnet and all its remaining services.

What does this mean for existing Customers?

If you’re an existing Amnet customer you'll be receiving a call or email from our team shortly to let you know about the switch to Dodo or if you’re a business customer, Commander. Most existing Amnet customers can be switched to a similar plan and in some cases our Amnet customers can be switched to a greater value plan!

What next?

You don’t need to do anything until you receive a call or email from us. But if you’d like to get in touch sooner to move your Amnet service to Dodo or Commander call our Amnet Migration Specialist team on 1300 882 232 (10am-8pm AEST Mon- Fri)
